Hi,

I recharged my number 9711088708 for Rs. 458, however, I went to 9711088700 (incorrect number). All I wanted was a reversal on the same. I called the customer support and spoke to the rep about it. He said a big No on my face. On asking to speak to a manager, he denied straight away!

I have been facing issues with Vodafone since long wherein I wanted to cancel my business with Vodafone, however, they used to either change my plans or suggest me switching to prepaid number so that I am with Vodafone.

This instance was the most terrible experience Inever had with Vodafone. Didn’t even receive a survey for it.

 

Can you please help me get my hard earned money back?
