I’ve been using Vodafone from last year and have complained so many times regarding 4G network issues. I tried to switch on to Vodafone from airtel for better connectivity and having good 4G network but can’t even fetch 3G networks in my area.
Even after raising the issue to customer care many a time, I’m unable to use my plans and services. I live in Morena and in most parts of the city Vodafone has poor network connectivity.
Having the worst experience with the vodafone I regret my decision of switching on to vodafone from airtel.
