i am a vodafone user

i went to register my complaint regarding network and also the payment of my phone number +919820919360 i paid rs.1000/- cash at vodafone store located near mohammed ali road,SHOP NO2,LAIBA COURT,75 MOHAMMED ALI ROAD,NXT TO ICICI BANK ATM,MUMBAI-400003, Masjid Bandar West, Masjid Bandar, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400003 and the staff member named gazala was attending me i gave her my phone numbers to register my complaints she wrote my numbers and told me that your complaints will be register and she told her to register in front of me but she replied the same words that your complaints will be register i will register it and i asked her that when i will recieve the complaint number so she replied that you will receive when i will register your complaints and i requested her to please do it as i was not having network in my building.

as i am registering complaints from approx 10 days to vodafone to solve my network issue in my building
address-

as the statements of vodafone are that
the best network in town ,

in the ad we can see that they are adding antennas everywhere for network

if vodafone is not going to install a network booster then i am going to PORT from VODAFONE to *JIO*.

I am attaching a screen shot of my mobile for reference that i have register a complaint and inspite of sending a person to check the problem i got a message that your complaint have been solved.

and need you to take a action with that staff member named gazala in vodafone store to register everybodys complain whether rich comes or poor
there should not be discrimination of people by richness or poorness.

solve this problem otherwise if the network problem is not solved then i will be moving forward with this complain
