To the vodafone team,
On 15 th september 2018 at 2’o clock I was looking for a data pack to recharge by using internet banking.But i cancelled the transaction as I don’t want to recharge my number now i was just cheking the process that’s why i canceled that and quit..
and i get a cancellation text also that no reacharge was done and that was ok for me but suddenly i got a message from my bank that the amount of 399 rupees has been deducted.
I was so shoked bcoz i made no recharge and i also got the message that its canceled.
Then I called vodafone customer care and they also said that there is no pack active on my number even I knw that.But now I want my money back bcoz there was no recharge but still the amount has been deducted.
So I want quick process from team vodafone to get my money back. It’s my earnest request that please take a strong step against this bcoz this should no happen. I am facing u huge problem. Please help me out
