Dear Team,
I have been following up for activating my number since a very long time now. Guys working with your Thane branch are pathetic. They are so rude that they don’t know how to handle a customer’s query. I dont understand what type of people you guys cater to. I was so happy to be associated with Airtel because of the classy plans you have for your customers.
But for sure you lack on the customer service front. My number is noy active since last 1 week and me being in a profile requires me to keep my number handy for my portfolio customers.
You won’t believe i have lost ample loads of business due to it. Please consider my query or i shall find a different telecom provider. Need my query solved on priority.
