I recharged my prepaid card on Sunday 11feb 2018 for amount 120 only for talktime and no data as per plan details showed to me on site by vodaphone.
next day my balance turned zero. When asked customer care they replied back saying you used 4g data for 120 RS and hence balance is zero.
now this reason is absolutely crap if I have recharged only for full talk time why my balance is getting deducted for data. This is my complaint number 1.
next day 12th Feb 2018 I again recharged for unlimited calling and data up to 10 GB for RS 195. After recharge of this also service not enabled for me I couldn’t call anybody.
i called customer care to enquiry again some crap answer you account balance is negative and you need to recharge again for some more amount.
this is more that ridiculous how customer is not getting informed while doing recharge that balance is negative and I can’t call even after doing recharge for such good amount. This is second complaint.
When I am recharging my number you give offer of unlimited calling vodaphone charge customer to call helpline numbers for the issues created by them only.
customet care executives disconnect call as per there convenience without notifying customer and also they put me on some vadaphone saved voice message without notifying.
