Vodafone gives pathetic service. Their offers are nice but you hardly get their service so what’s the point. Anywhere you go only 2G tower connects properly. 4G hardly connects. They don’t even have VoLTE yet so whenever I hang up a call I am worried that my phone will again stay connected to 3G.

Plus recently my 509 offer got void. I have done this recharge 2 times before and have always been notified that the my plan is going to end or has ended but this time they didn’t give any notification. I was confused for 3 days that why isn’t my net working and why am I being charged for my calls (as 509 plan gives UL calls).

Then I tweeted them and mentioned properly that I am available after 1PM only anyday but they always tend to ignore that and call me around 10AM. So obviously it doesn’t connect. They just don’t give any value to people’s lives.

Their attitude is like “kya hai paise toh mil chuke hai abh bhaad mei jaaye customer.” Totally pissed and fed up with Vodafone.
