On the 11th of August 2018 morning, I checked the Vodafone site for the available internet pack available at the moment. In the list of data packs I found out that they provide 500 MB of 4g/3g data for 28 days on a charge of 29 rupees.
But after I did the payment I recieved the activation of my internet pack only for 3 days and only 300 MB of data was given to me. I called up the customer care and enquired about the issue, they told me it would have been a technical issue and asked me to cooperate with the data pack I was given. They did not even care to refund the money that I lost on recharging for the given wrong data pack.
