Text of Complaint by Anjana:

On 24th July, my entire balance (Rs. 112) was deducted and I did nor receive any text message for the same. On lodging a complaint, I was told that my mobile data had been used whereas I never use mobile data in this phone, neither does any data usage reflect in the Vodafone app.

Yesterday when I recharged my phone, my card was debited and I received a text message that the recharge is successful but it does not reflect in my balance. The customer care always makes excuses and says that no recharge was done.

I am highly disappointed by this company who use fraudulent practices to extract money out of customers.
