Text of Complaint by Anuj kumar chaudhary:

I am really fed up from vodafone services. I am using it since five years but still they manipulate customers. I was charged 8₹ today for subscribing to some service, which was not done by anybody from my phone. And this is not the first time.

It has been happening multiple times in past 5 years. Don’t you people have some shame left. You earn from your customers and you cheat them like that. And i know, now some so called customer care representative may call me and he’ll insist me to accept that it was me or some one from my family who did this.

Do you people think us fool? Really this time i had enough of you guys. Its really disappointing. Disgusting on your part.
