Text of Complaint by Mayurakhi Dutta:

I booked 3 no of 2A categorys tickets on 14th june 2018 using my irctc app.I used my debit card for the booking. Unfortunately i was unable to complete the booking process due to the weak network, but Rs 3585 was deducted from my account.

I have been persued the matter to irctc customer care from 16th june, and i have provided all the details about the transaction to them but i don’t get any positive result from them

Here also i am attaching all the details, which are given below
