Vodafone had been activating numerous unwanted and bizarre packs on my number since December 2017.
Their customer care executives are of the extreme rude type and quite unapologetic for the inconvenience caused to customer.
They try their best to put the blame on customer. This needs to be stopped as this is a clear violation of TRAI regulations.
