On 10 Feb 2018, i recharged my vodafone number 7428671513 at around 8 :30am. It was a pack of 352 in which they give 1gb data daily and unlimited calls. I called customer care at 9:02am and they said your plan is activated and then at 4;00 pm suddenly my net stopped working and then i called customer care and they told me this plan is not active for me then i talked to their senior and he apologised and said will activate 198 plan shortly and rest amount will be credited as balance. I said ok. Its been 32 hours since i talked to them and nothing has been activated.. Its really disappointing how a company like Vodafone ditch the customers.. First they said it will be activated in half n hour and then said 12am. But unfortunately nothing have they done till now..
