I applied for SIM portability from Vodafone (Tamil Nadu) to Airtel (Karnataka) 8 days back and its still not converted into Airtel, then I called to Vodafone customer care I spoken with one person (ediot fellow?) regarding portability issues and requested to him to transfer a call to supervisor, then he told right now I’m transferring your call to supervisor and be online for a 5 minutes, i was waited more then 1 hour to connect that call but it was not connected and same Vodafone offer ring tone only repeating. I was taken screen short of timing and attached for your reference, these kind of service not at all acceptable, one more bloddy thing is I have charged 50 Paise for each 3 minutes to talk with customer care, in that one hour I spoken with a voice process guys only 5 minutes and rest of 55 minutes they kept on hold my call and charged. This was made me angry on Vodafone bullshit services. Never ever I won’t recommend your service to anyone, these kind of third class service i will post with screen on my Twitter, WhatsApp, Facebook, ImO, LinkedIn, Instagram etc. Also giving complaints to consumer court on it. Immediate Do the port to the Airtel Karnataka.
