Hello Team,
I have two postpaid connections from you for many years. Both the connections include a data plan however, I am sad that I could not even finish my data once in these many years due to the pathetic network.
First I thought it was an issue with my phone so I upgraded both my phones to 4G VOLTE and the problem is still the same. I have tried contacting your Customer Support and they were pathetic same as your network and marked my complaint as resolved without any response or solution.
My house is at postcode 412105 and office is at postcode 411006 and I don’t get a 4G Network at any of these places. I think I have been quite patient and even invested money to upgrade both my phone though when it wasn’t required but the problem still exists.
I would like to know what Vodafone is going to do about this network issue and if I don’t get a resolution within this month, I will discontinue both the connections I have.
