Hi I habe been raisimg a porting request to move from vodafone to airtel CUG. Because of the pathetic network service provided by Vodafone. My initial request was raised in march. And my third request was raised this month on 16. Every time I hear a new thing from their customer care.
Now yhey even changed the billing date all of a sudden. Charged me more than the plan. Inspite of having an additional amount paid with every billing cycle. Voda keeps rejecting my porting request. I cannot change this phone number which is the primary reason why i was waiting patiently for the porting.
Kindly help in getting my number ported.
