Today evening 04:07PM,i just try to call customer care call was connected to the executive named RAMYA from ‘Rural shores business solutions pvt.ltd’.(RSUTH)
Actually i called from my another number 8870230540…because call was not connected to CSR from my number..
She attended my call and i gave my number
And i asked my query.
She spoke rudely and roughly,and she disconnected my call from her end.
I didn’t spoke any vulgar words,i spoke her normally..but she trated me as a criminal…iam also using three numbers in vodafone..
This is not a good way to handle a customer..

Now problem is why call was not connected to CSR.
And,how did she disconnect my call with out my permission.
