i have ported my cellular number from Vodafone to another service provider in the month of April. I had cleared all my previous dues with Vodafone.
However, they contacted me after 3 months and started harassing me saying there is a pending amount which needs to be paid. These calls are repetitive and have become increasingly rude and threatening where they are showing legal implications and behaving very badly.
This is unacceptable from an organisation which claims to be a top rated service provider. I am being asked to pay for a service which is not even in use, that too after three months. Please help rid me of this regular harassment.
