I am an extremely disgruntled customer. My entire family and I have Vodafone Mobile connections. In the past year, despite repeated complaints, no progress has been made over the poor cell and network reception of Vodafone.
I am considering switching my subscription to another service provider. Would never recommend Vodafone to anyone. I literally have to walk out of my house to make simple phone calls.
This is not only mentally and physically taxing, but is also extremely hazardous since close family and friends are not able to call me at times of need.
Extremely disgruntled by the pathetic and downright robbery at the hands of Vodafone. The mobile data never works at various parts of the city, and when it does work, the internet speed is poorer than a 10 year old dial-up connection.
I am distraught at the pathetic service provision by Vodafone.
