I added 16000 from my credit card in paytm wallet and the amount went to gift voucher confirmation messages with transactions ID . This is terrible. We are using the service to get help but instead it’s causing problems. I transferred amount on emergency based where my frnds daughter admited in hospital but the whole 16000 amount went in gift voucher.
Called customer service the call keeps dropping and no one picking if it rings . I need my issue resolved asap.
