My no.8197766262 was Vodafone no. Till first week of August after that due to poor network service i have port to jio network. I have paid more amount so i got mail from Vodafone that Rs. 237/- will refund to you and cheque has been dispatched.

But today i got a mail that your address is incorrect but whatever address i have received though mail it is correct only. I am working at the same place then how they can say that ur address is wrong..

I tried 3-4 time to 9820098200 no. For this but everytime they are telling this is prepaid executive we can’t help you.. Then how can i connect to postpaid customer care executive since no. Is same as 9820098200. This is very harassing for getting back my money only..

If i miss any bill then you people will charge late bill payment.. To refund my money no one is serious about that. Tell me clearly if you people don’t want to give my money.
