Sir,My paytm mall order id is 6040990132.As per mobile message and mail they told that you will get two product by today(18-9-2018)
I have received only on package where on reciept was pasted in which nothing details was mention about the product only my name and address was there.
I asked to delivery boy how will i know that which product is there.He told me your two product must be in this package then i received the product and comeback to my home.
when i open the package there was only 1 product was available which is SOLID Casual Chinos.and other product Cheaked casual shirt was not there but they are keep one another reciept inside the package where these both products are mentions and i got mail from there side that you we have deliverded these two items to you.
after that i send them mai in care@paytm.com but they replied call us because this is not available.
Again i tried on there no.01133776677 but they not connected and again cut money from my mobile balance. many times i have tried.
please give solution for this.Refund my money of that product or provide that product.
