Text of Complaint by Prof. Dr. Balvinder Singh:

I have two vodaphone mobile numbers 9988092524 and 9814922524. I am very old customer of vodaphone. I got a call on 9988092524 in the month of April,2018. I was told for a package in which I will be given 2GB data for each month life time.

I accepted the offer and  started using. few days back i received a bill amounting to Rs. 748/- which was on very higher side compared to my all earlier bills. I inquired on 199 on Sunday 15th July.

I was told to call 198 on Monday 16th July after 10.30am. I called  and narrated whole case and was handed over to another person Mr Satnam Singh who told me that Rs 499/- are foe internet but told him about the package and then he told that customer has to get it renewed after every month without paying any charges. He advised me to go to their showroom.

I visited a small showroom in Putlighar are (Amritsar) but the attitude of the dealing person was pathetic. He wasted 20 minutes and then told to go to bigger showroom.

I went to Ranjit avenue, Amritsar where I narrated the case to Ms Bhawna, who connected through her mob to ms Bhuvneshwari who listened and told that i am putting request of wavering Rs. 300/- She did not bother to my question of why only 300/- and why not total 499/-.

Next day 17th I called to again 198 and again talked to Mr Satnam Singh who told that 300 is going to be waived. I requested to guide me for porting my connection to other network. I tried on my mobile about 9 times for porting out but vodaphone reply was inaccurate no. It is just harassment.

Then again in the evening I called 198 and talked to Mr Mandeep for porting out but he assured that I am putting request of waiving 200 more and you should not port out.You deposit 248/-. He also attached data and told that I should renew after a month on getting alert message. So I dropped to port out.

But today 18th July again I got a call from  1247179664 saying that I should deposit 748/-, as nothing is waived. I could not understand what is the problem. I paid 248/- as told by mr Mandip.

I called again today at 198 and Ms Pooja tried to link me to concerned but after sometime she told line busy the concerned will call u back. I again called then Ms Priyanka listened whole story and told line busy you will bee called.

It is torture and harassment as I am working on a research paper, but due to there attitude unable to concentrate. Please get me justice by waiving wrong penalty as well as not porting my numbers.

I humbly submit I must also be paid damages for wasting and harassing me, my precious time please. I have also sent  two emails on the complaint to vodaphone on 16th and today morning but did not get any reply.
