I have received online refund amount of Rs. 1399 is not showing in my account, I am not able to complete my KYC as the nearby paytm partners as their system not working and online kyc updation is also not happening due to system under maintenance. On calling help line and talking to customer care officer is also not working. fade up with my Paytm account
