Text of Complaint by Rafiq Ahamed:

Today was very disappointed day for me in Vodafone office located in 100 feet road, Coimbatore. After I decided to port out from Vodafone 4 days before, I changed my decision from port out and decided to go for prepaid option.

For that purpose, today I went to Vodafone Care in 100 feet road, Coimbatore and I was given a token number 248. I was called by a male representative, he immediately asked me that whether change to prepaid or port out from Vodafone. 

From that minute itself, he talked with me very roughly, and I came out without any solution.  If you need further, you can check with the particular CCTV footage.

It was a worst experience ever in my life and I think about my previous network representatives who handled problems very politely, so that I stayed there 7 years.

Do not neglect me as just only one customer; Whatsapp and facebook are the weapons that could reach hundreds of people who is using Vodafone and do not let them think to port out from your network.
