I have loaded 5000 into my digipurse wallet on Feb 20, 2018. Since the bank transfer is disabled, i have requested to refund the amount to the source. Its been 2 months still i didn’t get the amount back.
Whenever i called to the customer care they are telling that amount will be credited asap. but it didnt happen. Atleast they should give any short notice or any update about this before itself. i would not be loaded this much amount in the wallet. I need the amount back.
