Dear team ,
This is second time when i am complaing , first complain made by me on 16th August and still not replied.
Complain is I visited singapore for 4 days 10th to 13th august 2018 , i called on vodafone on 9th august to know about International plan , they suggest me Rs.2301 plan and also talk value of above Rs.100.
Also he told me to do recharge on 10th otherwise one day counted as 9th . I idid as per instruction and do recharges but in singapore i tried for your network but it was not connected.
I visited singapore local singtel office they also tried but signal not connected and coming no signal try again later. After this i purchase local singapore SIM. Due to this my orignal number out of work .
i need explanation why this happened who will bear the loss.
if you not replied i will go for higher authuotrity and also consumer court.
