I am using the mobile number 9539892907 and on 20th march and on 17 th April Vodafone deducted a sum 48 by 24 each time. When i contacted them they said that it was because of the TRAI regulations and they have the authority to deduct the balance if the without my consent. they said that the message regarding this was send to my number and i haven’t got any. After a long conversation they are not ready to repay my amount unless they have the authority to change conditions as per their convenience. I need to have the refund of the issue.
