I had placed an order worth Rs 405 and other order worth Rs 1204 with vistaclothes (ads given in facebook) on 05/04/2019 and on 09/04/19.Received call regarding confirmation against 1st order not for second one and was told that the order will be delivered by 17/04/2019.There is no way through which the order can be tracked or even not able to reach the number that they had called with.Could you please help crack this case and prevent such fraudulent cases.
