I got a call from 97804-04142 on16-06-2018 at 3:14PM on my phone No.9780003511 asking for reasons for my registration of MNP (Mobile Number Portability).He said that he had some tarrif plans to suit me and he started telling about the plan details over phone.
As I was not interested,to get rid of the call I asked him to send the plan details on my email id and through SMS..There war no communication with him after that….
But to my utter surprise, my tarrif plan was changed from my ongoing plan “PJB_Govt_Corp_80_Plan” to “RED4Business-ULV-399” without any consent and cofirmation from my side ..
Also I did not get any email or SMS about the change of the plan after that…So it is requested that a suitable action may be taken and losses suffered by me may be suitably reversed…With regards.
