I had made a Hotel Booking (Booking ID # NH2P003578167676) through Makemytrip.com. This was a fully refundable pay at hotel booking.
I cancelled the hotel booking much before the cut off time, however the hotel charged my Credit Card with the entire amount of booking. Makemytrip is not refunding the amount to my card stating they are disputing the same with hotel and waiting for their response.
However, this should not be my concern as I made booking with makemytrip and not with hotel booking. Please connect with makemytrip and help me to get a resolution by of refund to my credit Card.
