I have made the payment twice on 13 Aug and 18 Aug (568.78+568.78).
instead of adjusting the payment in new cycle the amount has been added to new Bill, new bill is 411 so ideally it should be 568.78- 411 but it is 568.78+ 411 due to some mistake, which comes out to be 990 Apporx, this is a big mistake from your end, kindly adjust this amount as soon as possible, there was no refund done to my account as well which is claimed by your customer care executive.
this is really a very bad experience with Vodafone and I am facing this issue since August-18 and still no resolution provided.
