On 19.09.2018, at 2050 hrs i tried to book a flight with ID 6066869638 on paytm and applied finalcallvip cashback promocode that promises 1000 rs cashback aftr successful transaction.
The transaction was pending till 1440 hrs on 21.09.2018 which made me helpless..As the booking was still processing/pending, i could nt book another flight.
Many providers were giving many such offers and i lost all of them as i had to wait for this transaction to succeed or fail.
i tried to call paytm customer care N number of times and even mailed the c.care but none responded saying the servers n executives were busy.
I lost the 1000rs cashback offer and a lot of time n energy.. On 21.09.18 mrng at around 0440 i could speak to a customer care exe Fawad and the floor supervisor Madhu from 09603262929 and he asked me to book one more flight as the previous one failed but the status was nt updated due to a technical glitch at paytm..
Understandng my loss, he promised me to give the same 1000 rs cashback if i booked the same flight.I hav done the booking for same flight immediately on his saying without applying any promocode as he promised me to combine these 2 cases and give me the cashback.
A complaint/request has been registered in this regard too(86779352).But i haven’t received any cashback yet or any response from paytm so far..
From that day on, i have been repeatedly mailing n calling the custmer care but no action is being taken at all.Justice delayed is justice denied..
It is very harrowing and disheartening to wait fr sooo long to c no response from anyone.
pls go through the issue and do the needful.
