I visited the vodafone store at baghajatin more kolkata. an assistant named Argha…behaved vry badly. i was with my daughter..n we took a coupon no.258 fr sim services. thn the security guard did not tell us anything about link failure….it was 6:30pm.

aftr takng th coupon we waited fr 15min….frm coupon no.254 to 256 no customers were thr. at 6:45 whn this store personnel Argha calls us n asks wat we want…hearing that we want a new sim connection he flatly said come on monday now our link has failed!?thn y was i made to wait if they knew thr was a link failure…..nonsense service. nvr going to a vodafone sim again!
