- Service provider- Vodafone
- On 09.08.2017 some caller tune services were unknowingly activated on my number. On 19.05.2018 when I recahrged my number with rupees 200, rupees 180 was deducted by you. Your customer care executive says it is for the service I opted in august 2017, for which I was already paying till now.
Now I have been deducted for this service for next one year without taking my consent if want this service or not. Your deduction at a time when I was in a emergency has caused severe damage to me. I hold Vodafone responsible for this damage.
This deduction is without my permission. I dont want this service. Kindly refund the amount and stop all kind of services on my number
On 04.06.2018, I received the following message from Vodafone:-
“Hello! Entertainment Store Pack is now active on your number, as requested. This service is valid till 19.06.2018 and a 15 days rental of Rs. 45 has been deducted. Your current balance post serive activation is Rs. 85.925. To deactivate SMS STP to or call 155223 (tollfree). I was shell shocked as neither I nor my family members had subscribed to the said pack. It is really surprising to state that Vodafone services have nosedived and it seems that I may have to discontinue using vodafone services and switch over to some other service. I have been a regular user of this service and it is baffling to see Vodafone service providers stooping to such a level. I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund the amount of Rs. 45/- immediately since nether I nor any of may family members have subscribed to the Entertainment Store Pack.
Moreover, I had applied for Vodafone connection from a nearby shop and they asked me to fill a form and asked only for a passport size photo. To my shock, the vodafone number 9843915599 got registered in the name of one Mr. Mohan. Despite repeated requests and reminders to Change the name, the same has fallen on deaf ears. I request you immediately investigate and intervene into the matter or otherwise I may have to discontinue using Vodafone services.
