Dear Sir,
I had a Vodafone connection (Mobile no. 8238582734) of Gujarat which I have closed on 15th of July,2017 at Ahmedabad. But, recently I have received a bill of the same number asking about payment by 2nd of Feb,2018. On this regard, I want to inform you that I have shifted from Ahmedabad and because of that I have closed this connection of Vodafone on 15th of July, 2017 at Ahmedabad. I have shifted to Hyderabad in the month of March, 2017 and because of no use of my number I have visited Vodafone store here in Hyderabad for 2-3 times to close the connection. But, as per their policy I was unable to close the connection at Hyderabad and paying the bills on regular basis. In the month of July, I visited Ahmedabad and on 15th of July I have visited Shivranjini Vodafone store at afternoon to close the connection. I have taken token from the machine of Shivranjini store to close the connection but, due to huge crowd I shifted to another store for the closure. I visited Ambawadi (what I remember) Vodafone store for the same purpose, paid due bills to executive. The executive has confirmed me closure and informed that a due bill will come to me on next cycle and I have to clear that one. If you’ll look in to the same then you’ll found that I paid the amount and closed the connection. I have also received a message from Vodafone on 15th of July, 2017 on the closure of connection.
But, suddenly when I have received the bill of around Rs.1300, I felt surprised and asked Vodafone with almost repeated mails to provide me Itemized bill of pending months with IMEI number of the device which has been used for calling or other purpose and location of the SIM card used in last due months. But, I am surprised that Vodafone is not responding on the same and also blocked the number in MY VODAFONE app by which I am not able to see activities of the number in the due months. Even till date (from 15th of July,2017) I have not received any mail from Vodafone on the closure of connection.
So, sir kindly look in to the matter.
