DEAR SIR,
This complain is regarding mobikwik.com wherein the company has blocked my mobikwik wallet which has more than 20000 in it. as per the company the valid copy of documents were send to it my email in ( [email protected]) but till now there is no any replay from the company also my mobikwik wallet is stll blocked. I doubt that this company wants to engulf my money around 20000 from my mobikwik wallet by blocking my account without any prior notice.
I would like to request the authority to look into the matter and try to do justice with me.
