They cut my balance since when i have put a 200 net pack recharge. Even i m not touching my phone still they cut balance of 150 , 45, 10 rs by activating different services.i called to customer care, they assure me every time that they wont cut this again ,but still it continued and finally they said they wont refund my 150 rs because it took one week to inform them for refund.plz tell me that where is my fault, do i need to check every minute to my phone and call to customer care and beg them to refund…….what kind of this service they are providing….and i also talked to senior executive Mr. himanshu from costmer care U.P. east, even he denied for refund and was not accepting that i have not activated any of the services.He was not helping but blaming…..if they have any kind of rule that before 7 days i hv to call for refund they should inform me on my first call…i called 8-9 times no one informed me….they have a solid plan to cheat the customer. He is not eligible for the post of senior executive…..i am now v much frustrated with this cheater company named vodafone. i m going to port …. i need the justice……i want my refund.other people who faced the same problem plz raise your voice..otherwise they will keep cheating us. and plz i beg you to resolve this so that i could get my money back.
