Text of Complaint by MAYANK SAXENA:

Dear Consumer Court,

I am a Vodafone customer for past 1 year. My number is +91 7503250849.

It has been observed since the time I have switched to vodafone, that I am facing heavy call drops on my network anywhere I travel in Delhi/NCR. Not only me but my peers too have been facing this terrible problems. We always pay our timely bills and maintain the courtesy but Vodafone doesnt respect its customer value and offer them a pathetic service.

Every Call i make, goes incomplete becuase of this stupid call-drop. And in turn Vodafone asks me to pay bills on time and then in-turn offer me pathetic services. I have already Lodged a complaint via customer care number in vodafone on 24th July at 7:09 PM, and they promised me to escalate this issue within 24hrs after i lodged the complaint, and send a team to our area and my place specifically to check network coverage, but i havent received any call, any response regarding this.

I request you to take strong action against them. We cannot port our numbers every now and then but we are forced because of service providers like vodafone, who doesnt value their customers.
