Text of Complaint by Parameswaran:

I’m a Vodafone customer for the past 12 years. Since i was very satisfied with your support and services. But in the past six months I’m facing lots of issues regarding your services like network issues and internet connection issues.

Calls not at all connected and if the call connected means with in two mins it creating so many distractions and sounds. This sim I’m using for my call taxi services. Because of this network issues I have lost my income too badly.i have raised so many complaints to your support.

But my problems not solved but they closed my complaints simply. As of now today I walked in to Vodafone care directly and asked for sim replacement. And got new SIM too. So that your support system not at all told this too.this month bill itself generated but

About your very very poor network I have raised a lots n lots of complaints with your team many times. But all went useless.i became fool. You were not not trying anything to solve my issues.better stop service my number.
Till you clear my issues I will not pay any bills.you can raise any type of actions against me. Im going to raise a complaints in consumer forum.
You check my call recording too for check my call history of poor network.
You people in generation of new bills and making false assure to customer and cheating cleverly.for this other networks are far better than your Vodafone in everything.
