I purchased a phone on May that was delivered on 16th May, I was facing some issue with my phone.

1. I was getting my voice back when on a call
2. If I put the phone on speakers, voice disturbance
3. Call is connected to someone but I am not able to here anything and need to disconnect and connect the call in multiple attempts

I raised the complaint within the policy time of Flipkart.

The technician came to my place named Lakshman.
He made 1 call to check and did not find any issue, I mentioned Flipkart and tech guy cleary that I am facing these issue in random calls.

he said OK, mam, I will update that, personally, I have not seen the issue but have listen to the call records with the issue

After he wentIi checked that its updated in my account as issue resolved, again flipkart arranged to the tech visit and same guy came

I asked him about the wrong update last time he said he has updated that issue is there and not as resolved, for this while leaving he did not take any kind of confirmation or sign from me in any manner that normally tech guys take at the end of any tech visit

This time I asked him to make 2-3 calls to see the issue.

In 2nd call only he found that the issue I was mentioning was there but he asked me I will update issue as resolved and afterwards you raise a compalint with flipkart ans you will get the replacement

I asked him to update exactly what happended, then he said he will update a software

He just format my phone don’t think updated any software.

I wrote on the feedback papepr as issue not resolved and tech guy updated an software and after that again if I face the issue I will contact flipkart.The issue was still there

But it was updated as resolved again within an hour i updated the flipkart team about this issue

Now it has been more than 50 days and flipkart cc team tells me everytime that issue will be resolved within 48 hours but no proper reply on thre resolution till now.
Last call i had on Friday and the guy assured me that mam you will get the issue resolved within 24hoirs, no response till now

I have done everthing as epr your policy but Flipkart has closed my return/replacement request without and confirmation or intimation to me.

Please look into this, I did everything as per policy, they have are not giving me replacement ot refund and any solid proof to reject my request.

The tech guy was sent by them and he made the wrong update, I informed Flipkart on this both the times but no action was taken from there side.

Tech guy had not taken any signature in 1st attempt and in 2nd attempt I marked issue unresolved.
