This is the worst service provider i have seen so far and there is no one to take an action on such a service provider who bills the customer for anything without giving a justification.

since they do not have a reply they people do not call to resolve the issue

This is harassment against the customer who is paying for the services, they are charging the service tax from the customer but still they fail to provide the services and charge you unnecessarily
