I payed my EMI to bajaj Finserve by Paytm nd Amt 859/- is deducted from my Ac but my transaction has decline but my Amt is not refunded to me nd i payed extra charge bcz of paytm nd now give me reason that why paytm is not refunded my Amt. And who is responsible for extra charges…
