Text of Complaint by Rahul Dhamecha:

Hi Team,

I had requested to move from postpaid to prepaid in the month of Feb 2019 for my number 9819735664 at a Vodafone store located in Borivali (W). They made me pay outstanding dues along with additional recharge for prepaid. Post paying the amount, conversion was not done and was told on call that my dues were outstanding. They made me to pay another sum online and assured all the dues were cleared. Inspite of paying twice, they are still calling me stating that I have overdue balance for my earlier post paid account.

They are purposely harassing me and inspite of paying twice, they are asking more payments over and above my credit score is being impacted because of this.

 

Kindly intervene.
