Hi, earlier i have two vodafone connection(7290043228 and 9560413253) but in december i have called to vodafone and requested to close one of my connection that is 7290043228. The representative that time not raised a request and they did not close my connection.

After that i have mailed so many times in vodaone corporate mail id to close the connection but they have not responded on that mail and continuosly generating the bill against that number. Now they have barred the outgoing calls of one of my another number(9560413253)even there is no any oustanding pending on this number.

i am using vodafone services since 5 years and now i am facing such kind of thing. i have written so many times to vodafone to close my connection for one of my number but they didn’t respond and restricted the services of my another number.

I have all the recordings and mails that i have send vodafone to close this connection. Please help me on this.
