Respected Sir
I have an Vodafone mobile number 7600658556 which is very old number and I have given money to Vodafone for lifetime validity and on checking validity from my mobile it was showing my validity January 13, 2038 of which I am sending you the screenshot dated 5 October, 2018.
But now vodafone is breaching his contract and changed the data of validity in his records and now on checking the validity it is showing 25th October 2018.
Please fine heavily Vodafone on this fraudaulant act which is forcefully compelling his lifetime prepaid customers to recharge the mobile.
I have also emailed to Vodafone customer care regarding this matter today 20th October, 2018. But vodafone has not given me any reference number regarding my complaint.
