This is in regards to my Airtel number 01143528326 and broadband which have been giving me a lot of troubles from past few months.
The problem is every month repeatedly my broadband stops working along with a constant disturbance on landline phone.
Due to this it gets very irritating and problematic for me & my family members to wait for your technical staff to come and fix the issue.
As till the time the landline and broadband gets fixed cannot make calls or receive emails and what’s app messages on which majority of work depends.
I have been very patient from a long time about this issue with my landline . But now it’s has become very frequent and a lot stress for me to keep on paying bills with this problem all the time.
Please get me out of this misery.
