Text of Complaint by Neesha Jindall:

We had bought a Vivo mobile in the month of January. From the time of March we were facing network issues. As it was lockdown we weren’t able to visit the service center.

We had visited the Vivo Service Center Andheri East to check the issue.

Earlier on the 6th of Sep, they did a software update the phone and provided it back. The issue still continued.

Again on 13th Sep, visited the store as the network issue continued & submitted my phone in proper condition. The concern executive Shweta mention in her remarks there are scratches on the mobile. I asked them to recheck as the phone was completely new and not utilized. Post which she tore the earlier invoice and provide me a new invoice mentioning Ok on the appearance.

Post keeping the phone under observation, they mentioned there is the network card is not working and the motherboard needs to be repaired. After two weeks get to know the phone is repaired and I was happy to collect it.

When I went to collect the phone, it looked like my phone has aged at least a year with all the scratches. I complained to them, they mentioned that the phone had scratches earlier. I mentioned to them there were no scratches hence your executive mentioned the same was there.

Now they call and mention that only the scratched on the back cover will be replaced and the scratch on the front won’t be replaced.

I am still not sure if the phone will work plus the additions of scratches is clear poor sense of service. Looking for a replacement of the phone or a complete refund of money.
