I recharged my net data pack 699/- for 84 days, from the day 1, i am not getting 4G connectivity, it is h, H+ and sometimes E, tried through customer care, no proper response, said, issue will be sorted in 15 days… total package duration is 84 days, already 6 days in problem, further more 15 days will be taken to solve the issue, totally i am loosing 21 days without proper connectivity..699/- rupees was paid for no services
