Text of Complaint by Ravish Chugh:

I had recharged my Customer ID 80301629 of Videocon D2H for Rs 651/- on 25 Aor 19. However, the channels didnt get activated on same day and i called them on 26 Apr 19 to sort out the issue. The customer care executive told me that they have activated the New Diamond HD pack worth 580/- on my customer ID and the same will be available after 10 mins. Its been 4 days now and i have called them more than 6 times but the activation is still pending. They have no answer for it and my money is going waste. I want them to respond to the compaint and compensate for the lost days and financial implications.
